CHRIS BUCCI (Coach Don / Director)
Chris last appeared in this very theater in the comedy A Delightful Quarantine and is a relative newcomer to NYC, moving here only six short months ago. He has since found work on the CBS series The Good Wife and in the short film The Biggest Lie. Chris has a B.A. in Communication Arts and worked professionally in the video / television field for over a decade in Erie, Pennsylvania. During this time he also performed in over 50 theatrical shows, often taking the stage at the Erie Playhouse, in roles such as Max Bialystock in Mel Brooks': The Producers, David O. Selznick in Moonlight and Magnolias, Ralph / Narrator in A Christmas Story, Amos Hart in Chicago, Cogsworth in Beauty and the Beast, Mel Edison in The Prisoner of Second Avenue, Buddy Baker in Come Blow Your Horn, and more. Chris has also worn numerous hats as producer, director, public relations / graphic design, and often lending a hand backstage and under the stage. www.chrisbucci.com.


GREG HILL (Coach Michael)
Greg is a resident of Erie, Pennsylvania and is excited to Amtrak-to-the-city in order to appear in this production of Rounding Third. He finds it a fulfillment of a dream...to perform theater in the Big Apple. He has been participating in numerous productions in the western PA area since 2006. His favorite roles on stage include Franz Liebkind in The Producers (Erie Playhouse) as well as Harry in The Prisoner of Second Avenue and Teddy Brewster in Arsenic and Old Lace, both with the All An Act Theater. Other stage shows include The Wedding Singer, Awesome 80s Prom, and Miss Saigon. Greg feels it is always an honor to share the stage with his friend Chris and he thanks him for this wonderful opportunity.


KAREN SWEENEY (Light & Sound Designer / Operator)
Karen worked as stage manager for Turn of the Screw at the Tri-State Actors Theater in Sussex, NJ, and was stage manager and property master for The Tale of the Good Whistleblower and Cornbury, The Queen's Governor at Theatre Askew. As a lighting designer, Karen worked with Out of the Box Theatre Company designing lights and props for The Miser and Ten Nights in the Barroom. Other lighting projects include Cover Me: A Night of One Acts, Tam Lin, Define Happiness and Hayfever. As an actor, Karen recently played the Examiner in Endless Public Hearing and Bertha in Hello from Bertha for Out of the Box Theatre Company. Other credits include Outside Looking In (an evening of one-acts and poems); A Royal Mess, Hayfever, Tam Lin, Richard III, A Lie of the Mind, King Lear and many others. She has a MFA from the Catholic University of America and is a member of Actors' Equity Association.


RICHARD DRESSER (Author)
Richard's plays have been produced in New York, regional theater, and Europe. His recently published trilogy of plays about happiness in America includes Augusta (working class), The Pursuit of Happiness (middle class), and A View of the Harbor (upper class). Other plays are: Rounding Third, which started in Chicago and appeared off-Broadway and has had over one hundred productions, Below The Belt and Gun-Shy, both of which started at the Humana Festival at Actors Theatre of Louisville before moving off-Broadway. Also, Something in the Air, The Downside, Alone at the Beach, Wonderful World, and Better Days, plus many short plays. His most recent projects include a musical, Johnny Baseball and a new play The Last Days of Mickey & Jean, about a notorious Boston gangster in early retirement. He is a former member of New Dramatists, twice attended the O'Neill National Playwrights Conference and is currently teaching at Rutgers University.
